🚚 Processing & Delivery Times

At Lash Originals, we are proudly Melbourne-based and do not use dropshipping services. All orders are shipped directly from our local warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across Australia.

We process orders within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within:

  • 2–5 business days with Standard Shipping

  • 1–3 business days with Priority Shipping

  • Next business day (metro areas) with Express Shipping – dispatched the same business day if ordered before 12 PM AEST

📦 Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping costs $9.95 AUD and typically takes 2–5 business days.
Priority Shipping is available for $15 AUD, with delivery in 1–3 business days.
Express Shipping is offered for $25 AUD, with next business day delivery to most metro areas. Orders must be placed before 12 PM AEST for same-day dispatch.

All delivery estimates refer to business days (Monday to Friday).

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by signing into your account and checking the Order History section.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order totals $65 AUD or more.

  • Delivery times do not include processing and handling times.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused packages.

  • Lash Originals is not responsible for stolen packages and cannot offer refunds or replacements in such cases.
