✅ Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:
We cannot accept returns on any used, opened, or tampered items for health and safety reasons.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
